Delivery conditions:
Products ordered in the online store will be delivered to your home as soon as possible after consultation by phone. (Depending on product availability, max. 2 weeks.)
We can only deliver products that are NOT in stock within a deadline after consultation.
The prices indicated in the online store are only valid until the indicated current stock is available.
We do not charge the packaging costs, but the delivery costs are borne by the customer. We deliver the ordered products with our own car or by post or courier service.

In the new webshop, delivery to a new package machine has become available as a FOXPOST service.
Individual assessment or prior consultation is required for 40 kg or HUF 500,000. In such cases, please indicate personal collection when placing the order.

Packages above this amount are delivered to our customers by another carrier or our own tour service.
A surcharge of 15,000 +VAT applies to oversized and overweight packages.

Delivery deadline:
24 hours (with 99% security) for orders received by the DPD courier service by 15:00. Which means that the courier will pick it up from us the same day and deliver it the next day, if there are no errors during night sorting. It occurs very rarely.
We place it in the FOXPOST parcel machine on the same day, but it is only sorted the next day and the parcel is placed in the desired machine on the second day after dispatch, about which the customer receives an SMS notification.
Delivery to the MPL parcel machine. It will be shipped on the same day. Next day delivery if there are no errors during sorting at night.
Receipt of the MPL by post. It will be shipped on the same day. It can be collected the next day at the selected post office. The above delivery times apply to products in stock! Responsibility: By signing the delivery note, the customer acknowledges that he has received the product undamaged.
We are unable to accept further complaints regarding damage to the integrity of the product.
The supplier is solely responsible for the integrity of the packages. If there are signs of external damage on the package, please register the complaint with the supplier. Right of withdrawal: We are not able to buy back the individually ordered, pre-ordered products either during the order period or after delivery.
